 Dr. Jim Laub is the President of the OLAgroup and is the creator of the Organizational Leadership Assessment (OLA). Jim currently serves as the Dean of the MacArthur School of Leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic University . Prior to this appointment he served on the doctoral faculty of Indiana Wesleyan University's Ed.D in Organizational Leadership and as the Director of the undergraduate Leadership Studies program where he developed a unique degree program (Minor and 2nd Major) in Leadership.
Jim received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership: Adult Education from Florida Atlantic University. His dissertation and ongoing research has focused on the critical topic of servant leadership and organizational health. He is a facilitator, a trainer, a speaker and a tool-maker for organizational effectiveness.
In addition to the OLA, Jim is the author of several leadership training programs including Community Leader Training and Youth Leader Training presented on this site. |

Jim grew up in Florida where he met, and married, his wife Barbara. They currently live in Stuart, Florida. He has two daughters. Joy is now working as a neonatal nurse at Duke Hospital and Jenny is living in Ft. Lauderdale working as an Audiology Assistant. |
